This scheme involved the design of a masterplan for this 4.5 hectare industrial site, to the south of Blackburn’s town centre. We produced all associated feasibility materials for our client, including visualisations for presentation purposes.

We were able to achieve a mixed-use development within existing site access and planning constraints, initially comprising of a 9,000m2 distribution centre with associated staff offices. Future phases were to include a mix of office space, commercial starter units, trade counters and small industrial units.
