We were asked to create this residential masterplan for feasibility purposes. Our designs for this brownfield site comprised of a mixture of housing typologies, which aimed to deliver affordable modern family living without compromising on design quality. This feasibility work was also supported by high quality imagery, produced by our in-house visualisation department.
